Nursing Positions

  • Registered Nurses (RN): Full-time, part-time, and PRN positions available for all shifts. Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care preferred but not required. New grads welcome with preceptorship program.

Do you hire new graduates?

Yes! We welcome new RN and LPN graduates and provide comprehensive orientation and preceptorship programs to ensure you succeed in your new role.

What shifts are available?

We have openings on day shift (6am-2pm), evening shift (2pm-10pm), and night shift (10pm-6am). We also offer 12-hour shift options and PRN/per diem positions for some roles.

Do you offer flexible scheduling?

Yes, we work with our team members to accommodate scheduling needs when possible. We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN positions.

Is CNA certification required?

For CNA positions, yes, you must hold a valid Illinois CNA certification. For other entry-level positions like dietary or housekeeping, certification is not required and we provide on-the-job training.
